Marking a crucial date, the FCA’s recent consultation paper on the overseas funds regime (OFR) sparked our attention. AFG, in collaboration with EFAMA, is actively engaging in the consultation process, keeping a keen eye on proposed application processes, ongoing disclosure, and notification obligations for funds entering the OFR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
