l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne le 20 mars 2023, et entrera en application 9 mois apr\u00e8s sa publication.<br>Ce texte r\u00e9vis\u00e9 comporte de <strong>nombreuses avanc\u00e9es notables par rapport au r\u00e9gime ELTIF initial<\/strong>, et constituera ainsi une excellente opportunit\u00e9 pour les g\u00e9rants.<br>Le webinaire du 6 avril, r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux membres AFG, a permis d&rsquo;identifier les principales \u00e9volutions par rapport au r\u00e9gime \u00ab ELTIF 1.0 \u00bb, qu\u2019il agisse notamment des r\u00e8gles de distribution \u00e0 la client\u00e8le de
