This shift moves from the Temporary Marketing Permission Regime (PMPR) to the new, definitive framework: the Overseas Funds Regime (OFR), set to take full effect with a landing slot in September 2026.<br>The OFR introduces a new gateway for investment funds established outside the UK to be marketed within the UK.
