{"id":109944,"date":"2024-11-14T14:49:56","date_gmt":"2024-11-14T13:49:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.afg.asso.fr\/commission-club\/distribution-committee\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T04:29:58","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T02:29:58","slug":"commission-distribution-2","status":"publish","type":"commission-club","link":"https:\/\/www.afg.asso.fr\/en\/commission-club\/commission-distribution-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Distribution Committee"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purpose<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the Marketing Commission is to work on issues, particularly regulatory ones, relating to the marketing of products and services offered by SGPs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Committees and working groups are attached to the commission to address more specific issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Goals <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To respond to consultations and various questions related to regulatory matters, in collaboration with other relevant AFG Commissions and Committees, which will contribute their expertise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To propose regulatory advancements on the topics addressed by the commission. ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in industry-wide initiatives, particularly in collaboration with other professional associations and public authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beyond purely regulatory matters, facilitate discussions on commercial development challenges where members identify a need to share feedback and\/or identify best practices.
