The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has issued an update of its Q&As regarding:
- Questions and Answers on MiFID II and MiFIR investor protection and intermediaries topics (2019 ESMA 35-43-349). New issues concerning in particular the costs in charge.
- Questions and Answers on Application of the AIFMD (2019 ESMA 34-32-352). New issues concerning reporting to regulatory authorities and clarification on “reporting requirements on liquidity stress tests for closed-ended unleveraged AIFs”.
- Questions and Answers on Benchmarks Regulation (2019 ESMA 70-145-11).
